A PERSON TO WORK WITH
I’m the person you’ll talk to about your business and the work you want to make easier. I start by understanding how you work today, including the exceptions, before recommending a change.
A CLEAR PATH FROM FRICTION TO FLOW
Six considered steps. You know what happens next, what I need from you and what you walk away with.

Tell me about your business, the friction and what you want to change. No specific task in mind yet? That is a valid starting point.
A shared decision on whether to continue.

Keep a simple task diary, including interruptions and the work that follows you home. Rough estimates and a few recent examples are enough.

Show me 1–2 promising workflows in your existing tools. I look at the steps, the exceptions and why you do things this way.

Research after the assessment
I check practical options, starting with features you already pay for. You receive a written recommendation, expected benefit and fixed implementation quote.
A recommendation you can make a decision on.
Agreed scope & timeline
I build and test the agreed change with real examples and important exceptions. Then I show you how to use it and hand over a written owner guide.

I confirm launch availability and any assessment fee before starting. If an assessment fee applies, 100% is credited to the resulting implementation.
Know the deliverables, timeline, owner involvement and software costs before you say yes.
GOOD WORK STARTS WITH A GOOD FIT
You don’t need a perfect process, a big team or technical know-how. Just recurring friction and a willingness to explore a better way.
Tell me about your businessWork gets repeated, delayed or held together by memory.
You can show me how the work happens, awkward bits included.
You’re willing to track a few days and help test the change.
You can approve the work, or involve the person who can.
No specific task in mind? I can help you find the starting point.A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING
No. Feeling overloaded without knowing exactly why is a useful starting point. The questionnaire, task diary and assessment help us find the right problem before we consider solutions.
Only if it makes sense for your workflow. I start with the tools and subscriptions you already have. The answer might be an existing feature, a template, a simpler process, an integration or AI. Any new software fees and review requirements are explained before you decide.
Start with a free 20-minute call, or use the short questionnaire if you prefer to write. If we proceed, track 2–3 representative working days over the next week and join a one-hour assessment. You will also share examples, make decisions and help test the implementation. The proposal defines your involvement and the timeline.
There is no obligation to proceed. Your written recommendation remains yours to use. If the likely benefit does not justify the cost, I can recommend a smaller change, a self-service option or no project.
You keep your guide and agreed account access. A monthly support retainer is optional and quoted for your systems and needs. New workflows and substantial changes are scoped separately. Owner instruction is included; the written guide helps you train your staff.
LET’S MAKE A LITTLE MORE ROOM
This written fit check can replace the introductory call. I’ll review your answers and reply about whether an assessment makes sense. If anything needs clarifying, we can arrange a free call first.
Enough context to check fit. You do not need a solution in mind.
